It's time to begin.

There are two projects I'd love to begin.  One is most certainly to get back into my art.  I've been so focused on school that I haven't had time for my self really.  And the other, yoga.

So Assignment one. Due in two weeks.
Produce a city layout.  With the use of reference pictures, produce at least ten thumbnails sketched of your ideas.
Chose two and develop into rough layouts.
Chose one and complete.
The greatest thing about this assignment will be that it will force me to get into the heart of Montreal for reference.  I mean why not, it's a beautiful city.  And there are so many part to it that there is just an abundance of change of scenery.

Assignment two.  Yoga everyday.  Day one is April 25, 2013.  This was largely inspired by a girl I knew in high school.  I recently saw her on facebook and she is on day 20 of it, only 345 left to go.  But Yoga is amazing.  I've done quite a few styles of it in the past and really enjoyed all of them.  So now this will be an at home practice.  I will stay focused and I will do it everyday.  There is no exception, simply because with Yoga you can vary the difficulty of it.


It's the first rain of spring tonight, and you can smell it.  I've always loved the sound of the rain.  The constant drip out the window as it gathers to one area and drips steadily.  The wet sound of tires along the road.  The way the lights blur in pelted reflections.  It's calming.

Well a good nights rest will do me a favour in preparing for tomorrow morning yoga, school and then photo session.  Good thing I was able to get that camera.  It's about time to use it.

Well, I ended up spendning a long long time on the nature one and didn't even produce the thumbnails or the other one.

and there we are, yet another incomplete assignment. -sigh- I really need to actually start these ahead of time. I say it everytime, but now, it's for real, look at how good these are, if i tried more, then they would be ten times this! however, it is only the second view of the chair and desk that are missing, so really not all that much. lol NICE!!!

Here are the keys that I drew for the second object drawing. It was really hard to get them to look all the same size becuase of the angles I drew them on. They were harder to draw than my cell phone.
